3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To book a session, please contact us through our website, email, or phone. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods as indicated on our website.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. In case of unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

5. Photo Delivery and Usage

• Delivery: Edited photos will be delivered digitally within 4 weeks after the session. For larger events, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

• Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos for personal or business purposes. You may not sell, license, or distribute the photos without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property
All images and content on our website are the property of Pictured By Mels and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.
7. Liability
While we strive to provide the best possible service, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.
8. Privacy
